One of the best services we offer you is the opportunity to exchange your property with other Rents4™ properties throughout the world. This service is provided to you at no additional charge. At your option, you can exchange your property with another Rents4™ property for any amount of time that meets your needs and the needs of the other owner. Properties need not be priced identically to do this. It is completely up to the two owners to work out an agreement that works for both of them. Use your imagination and expand one property into dozens.
To participate in the Property Exchange Program, click "Yes" when the Property Listing Wizard asks you if would like to participate in the Exchange Program. Once you have registered your property, you can contact any property owner participating in the program regarding a possible exchange. All participating owners are identified by the following link on their property brochure page. Click on the link to contact the property owner regarding an exchange. It will then prompt you to enter all the pertinent information regarding your exchange proposal.
